Village of Tolono FY 2027 Program Basic Requirements:
• Your property is in the Tolono TIF District
• Homeowners: 75% of approved costs, up to $7,500
• Landlords: 50% of approved costs, up to $5,000
• Work is an eligible exterior improvement
• The Village approves your project before work begins

2. Apply & Get Approved
Submit your application and our estimate to the Village of Tolono for review and approval.
3. We Get The Job Done Right
Once the Village approves your project, our team completes the work. The Village then reimburses the approved portion of your costs.

From repairs to full replacements, roofing is an eligible improvement. We'll provide the estimate you need to apply.

Rebuild or repair porches, steps and accessibility ramps for a safer, more welcoming entry to your home.
Fencing, Driveways & More
